Songs for the Journey

I've started recording a new CD with Javier Castano (Shavi), a brilliant musician and a lovely guy. It will consist of about 12 sacred and life-affirming songs and chants that I have created for, and sometimes with, the Free your Spirit Sing your Soul workshop gatherings. I’m trying out the title above - this may change!

Here are some of the song titles:

• I am the Soul
  A reminder of who we really are.
  
  
• Elemental
  A chant of the four elements. I often use it as a grounding, upbeat chant at the beginning of a workshop.
  
  
• Softly Gently
  A love song to Self and God, including a Decree with The Violet Flame.
  
  
• I am Moving Forward
  A powerful affirmation/song, bringing and supporting changes.
  
  
• Send Out Your Love
  An upbeat country song. Yeehah! Slap those thighs and shake your tambourine!
  
  
• I Dance with You
  Connection to Source, a happy love song. I wrote this about 5 years ago in the middle of the most difficult and intensely sad time of my life. Looking back I can’t quite believe it! Somehow through it all I knew we were being supported by the Universe.
  
  
• We Live in Peace
  Recognition of a personal journey finishing with a Decree for Peace.
