Free Your Spirit, Sing Your Soul
This CD consists of eight sacred and life-affirming songs and chants that I have created for and sometimes with, the Free Your Spirit Sing Your Soul workshop gatherings,
plus "Kyrie Eleison". I recorded it at home on my computer using an old version of Garage Band. As I am not technically professional you may have to turn the volume up or
down for some of the tracks!

Connection to Source, a happy love song. I wrote this about 8 years ago in the middle of the most difficult and intensely sad time of my life. Looking back I can't quite believe it! Somehow through it all I knew we were being supported by the Universe.
- SEND OUT YOUR LOVE
An upbeat country song. Yeehah! Slap those thighs and shake your tambourine!
- KYRIE ELEISON
"Lord have mercy" taken from James D'Angelo's book, "Healing with the Voice". I thought I'd have a go at recording it with some harmonies.
