What can I say about "Free Your Spirit" workshops?
It does JUST THAT and MORE.

I used to love to sing as a child and was in the choir and madrigal society at school, I left school and stopped singing, apart from singing along to the radio or hymns at weddings,funerals and Christmas.

"Free Your Spirit" for me is healing through sound, it's feeling connected to something greater, feeling safe and loved, feeling part of not judged, I can be myself, it's just for me, it makes me laugh, it makes me cry, it is beautiful whatever sounds we make, it makes me feel good and IT'S FUN.

Stephanie is helping me feel all of the above in her gentle, loving way and I wish her success with her workshops and all that she dreams of.
